Synopsis

Annie is perpetually irritated by Lucille's vegetarianism. Val frets over the lack of interest in her salon equipment. Emily is dismayed to learn that Elsie has taken the position of her new assistant at Gamma Garments. Hilda is convinced Stan is spending the afternoon elsewhere when he vanishes. Roger Wain asks Lucille for assistance in caring for the elderly. Later, Stan returns home with a bruised eye.
