Synopsis

Lucille possesses an uncommon helpfulness regarding the household. Ena receives a letter from the Palace confirming that her complaint has been received. Annie attempts to dissuade Billy from marrying Philippa. Lucille ensures Ena's discretion by running errands for her; however, Harry discovers these maneuvers and forbids her from seeing Philippa. Philippa is distressed to learn that her rival has secured a role in a film. A stranger, Matilda Grimshaw, begins to track down Ena.
