Synopsis

Annie consistently strives to appease the customers. Frank learns that Florrie has been overcharging him by ten shillings on his purchases. Ken and Florrie explain that Ida had accumulated a debt with the shop prior to her passing. The additional charges on their accounts are intended to settle that debt.
