Alf made his disapproval of Curly and Shirley’s cohabitation abundantly clear, much as Emily had done. However, Curly resolved to take his twin bed from his parents’ home. Rita struggled with Alan’s evasiveness, and Ivy found herself pondering Audrey's activities in Canada.
