Synopsis

Toshihide’s most cherished possession is a forgotten piano submerged beneath the waves. When he plays it, he feels a poignant link to his mother, a mermaid. One day, he encounters Shiju, a mermaid who has been secretly drawn to his music and unexpectedly rescues him from peril. He offers to teach her the instrument, and a swift friendship blossoms between them. Yet, mermaids are beings of mythic terror, sustained by the very essence of humans.
