Synopsis

Roger Cook, a landscaping contractor, travels to Fargo, North Dakota, where he and his local team assist a homeowner in constructing a new circular patio and fire pit. Afterward, Roger joins host Kevin O'Connor, general contractor Tom Silva, and plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey as they ponder the question, "What is it?" Subsequently, Tom and Kevin venture outdoors to address a set of brick stairs requiring repair.
