Synopsis

With the help of plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, a couple finds ways to lower their energy consumption through the installation of a modern forced-air furnace and air conditioning system. Subsequently, general contractor Tom Silva assists a homeowner in restoring damage to her oak flooring, a consequence of a persistent radiator leak.
