Synopsis

General contractor Tom Silva assists a homeowner with the installation of new aluminum gutters and downspouts. Afterward, joined by host Kevin O'Connor, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey, and landscaping contractor Roger Cook, Tom poses the question, "What is it?" Later in the program, Richard helps another homeowner with the installation of an energy-efficient clothes washer and dryer.
