Synopsis

Landscaping contractor Roger Cook journeys to Baltimore, where he assists in the transformation of a modest city backyard into an inviting outdoor retreat. Subsequently, Roger joins general contractor Tom Silva, along with host Kevin O'Connor and plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, as they ponder the question: "What is it?" Following this, in the loft above, Tom demonstrates to Kevin innovative methods for installing fiber cement siding with minimal dust generation.
