Synopsis

Plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey travels to Tampa, Florida, to assist a homeowner in creating a comfortable environment within his garage workshop using a ductless air conditioning system. Joining him are fellow experts: landscaping contractor Roger Cook, host Kevin O'Connor, and general contractor Tom Silva, who pose the question, "What is it?" Following this, Tom lends his expertise to resolve a perplexing leak in a homeowner's living room ceiling.
