Synopsis

General contractor Tom Silva assists a homeowner in revitalizing an aging fireplace with the addition of a new mantle and a marble hearth. Afterward, Tom joins host Kevin O'C'onnor, landscaping contractor Roger Cook, and plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey as they pose the question, "What is it?" Following this, Richard demonstrates several methods for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of older baseboard heaters for Kevin.
