Synopsis

Plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey assists a California homeowner in installing a novel "zoning" control for her forced-air heating and cooling system. Afterward, Trethewey joins fellow hosts Kevin O'Connor, a landscaping contractor, and Tom Silva, a general contractor, as they pose the question: "What is it?" Following this, Tom guides a homeowner through the process of re-grouting the tile floor in her master bathroom.
