Synopsis

Construction professional Tom Silva assists a homeowner in repairing a severely hazardous deck. Afterward, Silva joins landscaping specialist Roger Cook, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey, and host Kevin O'Connor as they ponder, "What is it?" Subsequently, Cook lends his expertise to a homeowner struggling to coax blooms from a persistent hydrangea bush.
