Synopsis

Plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey travels to Cleveland, Ohio, to assist a homeowner with the replacement of a bathtub drain trap. Subsequently, Trethewey joins general contractor Tom Silva, landscape contractor Roger Cook, and host Kevin O'Connor as they pose the question, "What is it?" Following this, Tom lends his expertise to repair a cracked drywall ceiling for another homeowner.
