Synopsis

General contractor Tom Silva assists a homeowner in undertaking a substantial carpentry project: the complete rebuilding of a small outdoor deck. The endeavor begins with the removal of the old structure, which had succumbed to rot and developed into a precarious state. Working in collaboration, they construct a new deck, incorporating stairs and handrails. The new construction utilizes pressure-treated lumber and composite deck boards for durability and longevity.
