Synopsis

Tom journeys to Sacramento, where he assists homeowners in restoring a section of their kitchen vinyl flooring. At the *Ask This Old House* loft, Tom, Richard, Roger, and Kevin study an unusual artifact, speculating on its purpose. Subsequently, Roger travels to Las Vegas to aid a homeowner with a repair to a leaking in-ground sprinkler system.
