Synopsis

Landscaping contractor Roger Cook demonstrates to a homeowner the proper technique for transplanting a spruce tree that had been planted too close to her house. Afterward, Cook joins Richard Trethewey, plumbing and heating specialist; Tom Silva, general contractor; and host Kevin O'Connor as they ponder, "What is it?" Next, Silva travels to Seattle to assist a homeowner with extending a staircase handrail, employing an innovative fastening system.
