Synopsis

Kevin O'Connor travels to Southern California, consulting with a local specialist to understand the best tools and techniques for window washing. Returning to the studio loft, he joins Roger Cook, landscaping contractor; Richard Trethewey, plumbing and heating expert; and Tom Silva, general contractor, as they ponder the question, "What is it?" Subsequently, Richard assists a couple in flushing sediment from their aging electric water heater. Later, back in the loft, Richard demonstrates several
