Synopsis

In the loft, Tom demonstrates a few techniques for using a fundamental tool: the tape measure. Next, master electrician Allen Gallant visits Kristen Berger, a homeowner in Leominster, Massachusetts, and brightens her dimly lit basement with new fluorescent lighting. Following this, Tom, Kevin, Richard, and Roger engage in a game of "What Is It?". Later, Kevin shows Roger a software program capable of generating three-dimensional landscape plans. Finally, Richard makes a house call to Wendy Smith
