Synopsis

Tom travels to Park Ridge, Illinois, a suburb known for its blustery winds, to assist homeowner Richard Westphal with a broken window in his exterior door. Later, back at the loft, Tom and glass specialist Larry Rosenfield present Kevin with various types of safety glass. The group then gathers to ponder, "What Is It?" Before long, Roger is in Brookline, Massachusetts, endeavoring to "let the sunshine in" for Elizabeth Choi by pruning her Pin Oak tree with the assistance of arborist Matt Foti.
