Synopsis

Kevin O'Connor journeys to Del Ray Beach, Florida, where he undertakes the restoration of terrazzo floors. Subsequently, joined by landscape contractor Roger Cook, plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, and general contractor Tom Silva, Kevin poses the question, "What Is It?" Following this, Tom assists a homeowner in repairing a fractured floor joist.
