Synopsis

Kevin O'Connor and electrician Scott Caron journey to Denver for a ceiling fan installation on a soaring cathedral ceiling. Later, Kevin joins general contractor Tom Silva, plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, and landscape contractor Roger Cook as they ponder the question, "What Is It?" Following this segment, Richard travels to New Jersey to install a water softener.
