Synopsis

Sam Perry, proprietor and master painter of the Edward K. Perry Paint Company, details the preparations for painting Weatherbee Farm's exterior. Insulation specialist Larry Gordon assesses the house’s thermal needs, while the master carpenter installs fir decking on the front porch. Down in the cellar, the antiquated furnace and associated pipes—now devoid of their asbestos insulation—are removed.
