Construction on the California bungalow progresses, with the homeowners actively participating. The crew begins installing the new roof shingles, while our master carpenter assembles the pergola. Electrician Rudy Escalera makes a visit, and landscape architect Grant Castleberg presents preliminary design plans. Later in the day, the host takes a tour of Hearst Castle in San Simeon.
