Synopsis

The mason arrives to begin work on the footings and foundation for John and Claire's Cape Cod house. The host then leads viewers to a state-of-the-art concrete block factory. Meanwhile, the master carpenter commences framing the family room addition, and the host examines the newly chosen windows. John and Claire begin to plan the interior design of the expansion, as the crew starts dismantling interior walls.
