Synopsis

The timber frame, recently brought back to its former strength, is now being pieced together again on the very spot where it originally stood. A Rumford fireplace takes shape where the old one was taken down. The heavy steel ridge beam is carefully lifted into position by crane. Meanwhile, the homeowner visits a nearby stone yard, seeking the perfect material for a kitchen countertop.
