Synopsis

The original back porches of the three-family house have been updated to meet current building regulations. To eliminate the lingering scent of smoke and char, ice blasting was employed. Fresh vinyl siding now covers the entire exterior, and homeowner Carol is currently selecting accent colors to complement the new siding. Work has begun on the interior framing.
