Synopsis

The gambrel roof sections are delivered ready-made and hoisted into place. Following this, the team erects the walls for the second floor. Three new apprentices join the crew through the Generation Next initiative. Tom Silva instructs them in the precise measurements and cuts required for the roof rafters. Meanwhile, Richard Trethewey collaborates with an engineer on the design of a septic system for the house.
