Synopsis
The fortieth season opens with Kevin standing before The Breakers in Newport, Rhode Island, a grand mansion that was once the estate of the Vanderbilt family. Tommy meets him there in the truck, and they drive across the bridge to Jamestown, the location of the season’s first project: a bungalow dating from the 1920s.
