Synopsis

In the basement, Tommy diligently replaces the decaying lally columns. Norm carefully dismantles the marble sink and claw-foot tub from the guest bathroom, preparing them for restoration. Meanwhile, Richard uncovers a historic house boasting original 19th-century air conditioning and plumbing. And Tommy, with practiced skill, salvages the beautiful hardwood floors.
