Synopsis

Tommy and Kevin journeyed to the Vermont factory where their house would take shape, observing as general contractor Erik Kaminski oversaw the departure of the first shipment of framing components. Meanwhile, Richard met Ed Akerley, who was diligently drilling and blasting through a rock ledge to prepare the ground for the foundation. Elsewhere, Norm and Erik watched Scott McKenzy and his crew construct the forms and pour concrete for the very foundation itself.
