Synopsis

A significant issue – exterior walls bowing outward – has been addressed. Over the past two weeks, work in the basement has lowered the floor by several inches; the radiant heat-insulation system is now in place; and the underlying structure of the roof has been revealed. Elsewhere, Norm revisits a townhouse in Charlestown that was featured on the program fourteen years ago.
