Landscape contractor Roger Cook and homeowner Gillian Pierce stopped by their neighbor and gardener, Cathy Schneider’s, to accept her generous offer of dividing some of her plants. Back at the Pierce residence, painter Anne Brady began preparing and painting the dining room, first demonstrating how to patch and prime a water-damaged ceiling.
