Synopsis

At Piers Park, a waterfront haven in East Boston offering residents access to the water and sailing instruction for local youth, host Kevin O'Connor begins the program. Despite their intention to remain in the house throughout the renovation, homeowners Chris Flynn and Liz Bagley consolidate much of their possessions into a portable storage unit to facilitate construction. Liz assists general contractor Tom Silva in excavating for the footings of her new deck, utilizing a compact utility loader.
