Synopsis

Kevin O'Connor finds homeowner George Mabry preparing to vacate the premises as general contractor Tom Silva arrives to begin work. Armed with a building permit, Tom commences with the carport, carefully disassembling it to improve access to the house itself. Kevin then meets with landscape architect Gregory Lombardi to assess the existing grounds, discovering that while a significant portion of the backyard holds merit, the remainder of the property requires a complete redesign.
