Kevin O'Connor found host Dan Rourke and his team applying the EIFS finish coat to the exterior. Inside the new water feature, custom pool specialist Bob Snay was applying a black pebble finish to the basin. General contractor Tom Silva oversaw the installation of steel stairs.
