Synopsis

Steve and our master carpenter arrived at the waterfront property, finding a suitable dock at its base. There, they encountered Janet McCue, overseeing the family's departure as they prepared for the renovation, and her husband David, who offered a tour of the house's spacious interior. Steve met architect Stephen Holt, who shared a photograph depicting the house as it appeared a century ago. Seeking inspiration, they visited a classic Shingle-style home, constructed in 1881 and meticulously pre
