Synopsis

In Charlestown, work progresses to ensure the fireplace and chimneys are safe for wood-burning fires. Master carpenter and general contractor Tom Silva installs some of the new, attractive windows. Meanwhile, throughout the townhouse, electrical wiring and initial plumbing continue to be installed. Host Steve Thomas and homeowner Dan Beliveau visit a kitchen design showroom, exploring options for equipping both the rental unit's and the owners' kitchens.
