Synopsis

The program opens with a visit to the Unitarian Universalist church on Nantucket, a graceful example of restrained New England architecture featuring intricate trompe l'oeil painting, constructed in 1809. Located at 3 Milk Street, we meet general contractor Bruce Killen, who possesses his building permit and is well underway with a comprehensive renovation. This significant undertaking is driven by the need for insulation, updated wiring and plumbing, new windows and trim, and a redesigned floor
