Synopsis

The opening scene unfolds in a downtown Savannah architectural salvage shop, where the owner makes a visit to the construction site to purchase salvaged plumbing and woodwork. The strip oak flooring is being removed, revealing the original heart pine beneath, which is in excellent condition and suitable for refinishing.
