Synopsis

The lumber – both traditional and engineered varieties – has now arrived on the property, and the crew commences attaching the sill to the foundation. Terry Maitland lays down fiberboard to safeguard his existing floors during the renovation, sharing with our host his worry regarding the lead content of the old structure; one of his children, monitored for the past year, had a marginally elevated blood lead level. The host assures him of the program's assistance. He then leads Terry into the bas
