Synopsis

Following days of relentless rain and flooding, Napa Valley—and the construction site itself—lies in a sodden state. The program begins in downtown Napa, protected by sandbags, before moving to the job. There, foreman Jeff Castille and his crew have dedicated the week to leveling the kitchen area using steel beams and hydraulic jacks. Jeff demonstrates the water line they encountered.
