Synopsis

The master carpenter and our host consult with Gene Romanelli regarding the foundation footings, and then commence pouring the concrete for the garage slab. Afterward, our host meets with the architect to review a revised floor plan. Demolition work begins in the older section of the house. Later, our host visits another local bed and breakfast, sharing conversation with owners Joan and Fletch Ashley.
