Synopsis

Upon reaching the site, we observe homeowners Jim and Mary-Van engaged in painting the clapboard siding. Inside, our host greets the Sinek children, who are applying paint to the ceilings. The tiling contractors are diligently installing work in the wheelchair-accessible and master bedrooms, while in the living room, Richard Trethewey demonstrates the newly installed baseboard heating system.
