Synopsis

Baghdad: a city of peril. At Tariq Bin Ziad High School, four young men – friends and classmates – begin their final year. Amidst the backdrop of suicide bombings, roadside bombs, kidnappings, and power outages, they remain, first and foremost, teenagers navigating a demanding teacher, the pressure of exams, surging hormones, and exacting parents. The boys – a Kurd, a Shia, a Christian, and a mixed Sunni-Shia – each receive a camera to document their lives and the bonds between them.
