Synopsis

Old wounds have a way of silencing dialogue. Years of ethnic tension on the Balkan Peninsula, followed by a war that captivated global attention, have made communication between communities increasingly difficult. Yet, the creators of 'Videoletters' have achieved something remarkable: they have enabled people who had not dared to speak to each other for as long as twelve years to watch one another's messages, face to face.
