Synopsis

It's hard to fathom the suddenness of war. The image of tanks rolling through streets, bombs falling without warning, is almost impossible to conceive. This was certainly true for Ramzan, Roeslan, and Islam, three friends from Chechnya. But war found them, impacting their families and their lives. Ramzan, a cameraman, documents their existence and the bewildering nature of conflict.
