Synopsis

A prize-winning documentary at IDFA 2012, the film unfolds in the heart of Hebron, a city of 120,000 Palestinians, where 800 Jewish settlers have taken root. They are shielded around the clock by a heavy presence of Israeli soldiers. Young Israeli-Dutch filmmaker Esther Hertog rented a caravan there, documenting the absurdity of everyday existence.
