Synopsis

The second part of the documentary focuses on Campus Vught, a secluded reception center for unaccompanied minor asylum seekers deemed unlikely to gain residency. Following the departure of the previous director, the new ‘head of campus’ attempts to restore order. While Charles Wiessner, the new director, employs a more assertive approach, he is unable to regain control.
