Synopsis

During a routine domestic flight, a canine unit alerted officers to a suspicious suitcase. The passengers, a group of African students commencing an exchange program, had included additional items in their luggage. Airline personnel were taken aback by the contents of one traveler's bag, which originated in Portugal.
